Sorors 79th Virtual Regional Conference Registration

Join the Northeastern Region Board of Directors led by
Syntaktes Thomasina Gore, Esq. for the 79th
Northeastern Regional Conference.

This year the conference will be held virtually!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION 

• ALL Sorors who register MUST BE FINANCIAL with their chapter, the Northeastern Region and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. (National) BEFORE registering to attend the Regional Conference. There are NO Exceptions to this policy.

• Registration must be completed online ONLY.  No mail in registration forms will be accepted.
  

• Full Conference Package includes access to the conference and the conference gift.  There are only 575 full soror registrations available.
• Registration ONLY Package includes access to the conference only.

• The Conference Gift 

**The conference gift will only be given to those who have registered for a Full Conference package**.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION DETAILS

• Full payment for all packages must accompany your online conference registration.
  
• The last day for online registration will be March 19, 2021.
  
• A credit card processing fee will be charged in addition to your registration fee. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
  
  

• The Basileus of each financial chapter will provide the names of the chapter's designated delegates and alternates. 
  
• Chapter Basilei: Ensure your accurate email address is provided to the Northeastern Region Anti-Grammateus. Communication will be sent directly to the Basileus unless otherwise noted. 
  
• Communication will be sent to the chapter Basilei for delegate and alternate selections. All delegates must be submitted by March 7, 2021 otherwise you will NOT have any seated delegates at Regional conference.
  

• Transfers will be considered until March 1, 2021.  
  
• Transfers requested between March 2, 2021 to March 19, 2021 will incur a $30 (+ processing fee) to complete your transfer fee. 
  
• Please email the NER Grammateus to request a transfer form.
  

• Refunds are subject to the approval of the NER Syntaktes. 
  
• All refunds will be refunded less $30 and the processing fee. 
  
• Please email the NER Grammateus to request a cancellation form.  
  

• Spring 2021 initiates may register on a first come, first serve basis. There is NO guarantee there will be space available.

• • Please email the NER Grammateus at grammateus@sgrhoneregion.org once your initiates have paid their induction fees and their NER Regional dues. 
  • Once the initiate's financial status has been confirmed, you will receive a special code that will allow your Spring 2021 initiates to register.

This year, we will be holding the 79th Regional Conference via a virtual event platform. Credentials will be emailed to all attendees once financial status has been confirmed.
